Commands & Features

Archivian exposes only a few commands for now — most management and configuration happens in the Server Dashboard.

Archivian has a small set of slash commands and right-click (context-menu) actions for cases, message purging, and reporting. See the Commands reference for the full list.

Most features are configured in the dashboard. Here’s where to go for common needs:

Goal Where
Chat flowing too fast — auto slow-mode when it exceeds N messages/second Server Dashboard → Channels → Channel Spamming
Users posting the same message across many channels (cross-posting) Server Dashboard → Channels → Cross-Posting
Individual users flooding chat Server Dashboard → Channels → User Spamming
Block well-defined keywords/phrases (via Discord Auto-Mod, with ready templates) Server Dashboard → Discord Auto-Mod → Library / Templates
See files a user sent then quickly deleted (for channels with tracking disabled but file-storing on) Server Dashboard → Channels → Deleted Attachments
See bulk-deleted messages (specifically bulk, not individual) Server Dashboard → Channels → Collections
Let users appeal cases (enabled out of the box) Server Dashboard → Cases & Appeals → Appeals
Escalate repeat rule-breakers automatically as their points build up Server Dashboard → Strike System → Settings
Make strikes count for more on brand-new accounts, or less for trusted roles Server Dashboard → Strike System → Settings → Biases & Multipliers
Let a member climb the ladder again after they reach its last rung Server Dashboard → Strike System → Settings → The end of the ladder
Make strikes fade gradually instead of expiring all at once Server Dashboard → Strike System → Pools
Set up a ticket system (multiple kinds and portals) Server Dashboard → Tickets → Settings
Set up a reporting system (configurable report types) Server Dashboard → Reports → Settings
