Introduction

Archivian is a Discord moderation platform. You can think of it like a normal moderation bot, but with more on top. It focuses on covering all aspects of staff, management, moderation, safety, and security for your server, staff, and members.

Archivian brings several systems together so you can run your whole server from one place:

  • Safety & threat protection — guard against raids, malicious staff actions (nukes), and bad actors with tools like verification gating, quarantine/jail, and role honeypots.
  • Moderation & records — take action on members (bans, kicks, timeouts, warnings, notes) and keep a complete, searchable history of cases, entries, and evidence files, with built-in appeals.
  • Auto-Mod — automatically catch unwanted content such as bad links, bad images, spam, and mass mentions, and manage Discord’s own AutoMod rules alongside Archivian’s.
  • Staff, titles & permissions — organize your team with titles and a fine-grained permission system, so everyone has exactly the access they need — backed by optional moderator 2FA.
  • Message & channel tracking — track created, edited, and deleted messages with flexible per-channel rules and alerts, so nothing important slips by unnoticed.
  • Server insights & control — see who’s joining and where from, watch activity, and manage Discord settings like verification level, community mode, and invites without leaving Archivian.
