Discord Auto-Mod Templates
Discord AutoMod is Discord’s native system for checking messages and applying actions when a rule matches. Archivian adds a template and library workflow around those Discord rules so they can be created once, shared, subscribed to, and kept up to date.
This section covers Discord AutoMod and Archivian’s template features for it. Archivian’s own message checks—such as Server Invites, Bad Images, and spam detection—live in the separate Archivian Auto-Mod section.
Auto-Mod library
Section titled “Auto-Mod library”Both users and servers can have Auto-Mod templates. You can find templates you made as a user in your personal dashboard, or in the Auto-Mod section if they were created via a server.
Although both servers and users can create and publish templates, only servers can actually make use of them. The dashboard shows how many more of each you can make.
How many private templates you can have:
| Owner | Free | Plus | Team | Pro |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| A server | 10 | 50 | 100 | 1,000 |
| You, personally | 10 | 10 | 10 | 10 |
A server’s limit follows its plan; your personal limit is the same everywhere. If you already have more templates than your limit, you keep them all; you just can’t create more until you are below it. Publishing has its own, separate limit.
